Japan Neurosurgical Society



The Japan Neurosurgical Society is aimed to contribute to the development of Science in Japan by promoting the advancement and dissemination of neurosurgery: publication of the theory and application of neurosurgery, the exchange of knowledge, and mutual cooperation not only among members but also with related academic societies in Japan and abroad.

Nagoya University Graduate School of Medicine Department of Neurosurgery at Nagoya University Hospital has a long history-over 90 years. We have devoted ourselves to advancement of neurosurgery and are leading this area in Japan as well as in the world. Our aim is to develop innovative neurosurgical treatments for our patients, clinical and basic researches based on neuroscience. We have highly-professional staff in various areas and the latest medical devices.
